Welcome to ABALink: Where Supervision Becomes a Path, Not a Barrier
ABALink was created from real ABA supervision challenges—to make supervision clearer, more human, and truly supportive.
For over a decade, I served as a full-time professor of Neuroscience, Neuropsychology, and Experimental Psychology. My current interests focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, ethical supervision, and integrating brain and mental health principles into behavioral practice. ABALink Co-founder.

A Dream Born From Real Experience
ABALink was born from a dream—but also from frustration. A dream of a field where supervision truly supports growth, ethics, and confidence. And frustration from living, firsthand, how complicated and overwhelming the supervision process in ABA can be when you’re trying to do everything right and still feel lost.
When Supervision Feels Like the Hardest Part
I remember how difficult it was to track hours correctly. How confusing the requirements felt. How stressful it was to wonder whether the work I was doing would actually count. Finding the right supervisor—someone available, ethical, and genuinely invested in my development—often felt harder than the clinical work itself.
Supervision, which should be a space for learning and mentorship, sometimes felt like an obstacle course.
Why ABALink Exists
That experience stayed with me. And it became the reason ABALink exists.
ABALink was created with a clear purpose: to support people who love ABA but feel overwhelmed during the supervision phase. It’s for supervisees balancing work, life, and certification. It’s for supervisors who want to mentor with intention but need structure and clarity to do it well.
This platform is about connection, transparency, and support—not just compliance.
Built for People in the Middle of the Journey
ABALink is for anyone who has ever asked, “Am I doing this right?”
For those struggling to organize hours, document supervision, or find someone who truly understands their professional path.
It’s for people who believe supervision should be more than paperwork—it should be guidance, growth, and shared responsibility.
Walking This Path Together
ABA is demanding. Becoming a behavior analyst requires resilience, patience, and trust in the process. ABALink exists to make that process feel less lonely and more human.
If you’re in that challenging period—working hard, doubting sometimes, but still moving forward—ABALink was built for you. This is just the beginning, and it’s a journey we walk together.
